I hold a B.Eng. and an MBA, along with PMP and ITIL certifications, and work as a contractor, which means you get a single accountable lead to manage and report on your portfolio of initiatives and programs. These programs can run within your own governance structures and be tracked through your existing management systems, or, if those are not yet in place, I can work with your teams to establish them.
